What are your delivery times?

Standard UK delivery (5 - 7 days from dispatch): £20

Express UK delivery (1 - 2 days from dispatch): £50

Orders over £1500: Free

Please note: All Sibling fittings are made to order and will be dispatched within 6 – 8 weeks.

As these are made-to-order items, any lead-time or delivery date is provided as a guide only and not guaranteed. For your order to be confirmed, payment must be processed in full.

How much will your shipping cost?

All orders under £1500 will be charged a flat delivery fee of £20. For orders over £1500, delivery is free for consumers and trade customers will be charged based on total value of the order. Delivery charges for your items will be presented at the checkout for you to review before completing your order.

To receive updates about the status of your order before it has been dispatched, or to amend delivery or contact details, please contact us on info@homeofsibling.com with your order number.

Once your items are ready to be sent, you will receive an email with courier tracking details. Once this email has been received, contact and delivery details can only be amended by contacting the courier directly.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

We are currently only shipping to UK addresses for consumer orders. Please get in touch regarding overseas trade orders info@homeofsibling.com.
