This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.homeofsibling.com (the “Site”).

This is known as “Order Information.” Order information includes your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers or Apple pay details), email address, and phone number.
When we refer to “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
How we use your Personal Information
Order Information is used to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (payment information, shipping, invoices and order confirmations). We also use this Order Information to:
· Communicate with you (including communication in the event of problems with your order, questions related to your order and any other relevant requirements)
· Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud
· Provide you with information or targeted advertising relating to our products or services (only when in line with the preferences you have shared / selected with us)
Device Information that is collected is used to help us monitor potential risk and fraud (your IP address is particularly important for this), and to improve our Site (e.g. by gathering information about how our customers browse the Site).
Personal Information and third parties
We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties. It is only shared with our service providers to help us provide our services. For example, we use Shopify to power our online store, and we need to share your order information with them in order to fulfil your purchase. We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
Personal Information and advertising

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
Your Rights

Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will hold your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it. Please note that the Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
