Returns
All our items are handmade to order and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or arrive damaged. Please make sure you measure your space carefully and check our specifications before ordering.
As part of our comittment to reducing waste and preserving resources, we will always opt to fix any issues, so the fitting can go on to fulfil its purpose.
In the unlikely event that your item is damaged or faulty, we offer an 28 day return policy (see below for returns process).
We offer an 1 year warranty as standard, and your product is guaranteed during this period. Please note that if you modify your light in any way, the warranty is rendered invalid.
Returns process
For any returns, please contact us on info@homeofsibling.com within 28 days from the date that you received your order, providing your order reference number, an explanation of the issue, and full contact details and we will advise on how to complete your return.
Please do not return any items before having received a response from a member of the Sibling team, or your items may be refused on delivery. You are responsible for the cost of postage when completing your return.
We will email you to let you know when we have received your return, and will aim to assess the issue withing 5 working days and let you know the process for us fixing the issue and returning the fitting or parts. In the unlikely event the fitting cannot be repaired, we will give you the option of exchange or refund.
Refunds will be automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days. Exchanges will be dispatched within 10 working days.
